We have a 90-Day Hassle Free Return Policy and our goal is to make your return simple and easy. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, we will fix it. Please contact our customer service team to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

How to Return your Order

To return your orders and obtain a refund, please follow these simple steps:

Request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) by contacting our customer service team at info@themagicfiber.com.

Print both documents once received.

Complete the Returns Slip by filling in the Return Reason and include this form with your return shipment.

Once we have received your items from theMagicfiber.com, our returns team will then inspect all returns within 2 business days to ensure they are in undamaged condition and meet our returns requirements as stated below.

All products must be returned unmarked, without signs of wear and/or tear AND in their original, UNDAMAGED ORIGINAL PACKAGING.

Assuming your return meets our requirements, our Returns Team will then ensure that your refund is processed as soon as possible. However, please allow an extra 3-10 days for the refund to appear on your credit card or PayPal account due to bank processing delays.

Please Note:

If you are returning manufacturer defective merchandise, we will pay the cost of return shipping only if you use the prepaid return label, we provide. For more information, please contact our customer service team.
